33 kV Auto Circuit Recloser (ACR): Automatic fault detection and circuit restoration at the high-voltage entry point, minimizing downtime and protecting the entire facility from grid-side disturbances without requiring manual intervention.
33 kV Protection Suite: A complete protection layer comprising a 33 kV Isolator with Earth Switch, Lightning Arresters, and Current & Potential Transformers (CT & PT) for accurate metering, system protection, and personnel safety during maintenance.
Indoor 33 kV HT Switchgear (VCB): Vacuum Circuit Breaker-based high-tension switchgear provides reliable and maintenance-friendly switching and fault protection at the primary 33 kV level.
11 kV HT Switchgear: Secondary high-tension distribution switchgear steps the power down for controlled distribution to sub-feeders and distribution transformers across the factory floor.
2.5 MVA Distribution Transformers: Step-down transformers deliver appropriately rated voltage to specific production zones and ancillary areas within the mill complex.
LT Switchgear up to 4000A: High-capacity low-tension switchgear panels manage the final distribution of power to all machinery, lighting, utilities, and control systems across the facility.
Automatic PFI Plant — 1500 kVAR: An automatic Power Factor Improvement plant continuously monitors and corrects the mill's power factor, reducing reactive power consumption, cutting electricity bills, and protecting transformers and motors from overloading.
Full Testing, Commissioning & Grid Synchronization: The entire system was rigorously tested and synchronized with the national grid before handover, ensuring safe, stable, and fully compliant operation from day one.
