POWERtrac Group has successfully completed the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a 2×2000 kVA (11/0.415 kV) Substation and Busbar Trunking (BBT) System at Q-Center & Q-Hotel — a flagship mixed-use commercial development by Quality Feeds Ltd., strategically located on the high-growth Purbachal 300 Feet Road corridor, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Completed on March 31, 2026, this project stands as a testament to POWERtrac Group's engineering expertise in delivering scalable, high-performance electrical infrastructure for large-scale commercial and hospitality developments.

Q-Center & Q-Hotel, situated within Swadesh Properties Ltd.'s Shornali Abashon, demanded a robust and uninterrupted power distribution system capable of meeting the complex load requirements of a modern, high-occupancy facility.
