Project Scope & Works Executed

  • Design and implementation of four (4) numbers 2000 kVA Substation Systems
  • Supply and installation of 4 × 2000 kVA Power Transformers for mixed-use facilities
  • Installation of BBT (Bus Bar Trunking) System for efficient and structured power distribution
  • Supply and installation of BUSDUCT Wavepro-A System for high-current transmission
  • Integration of substations with Q Center, Q Hotel, and Q Residences
  • Electrical load distribution planning across commercial, hospitality, and residential blocks
  • Installation of protection, safety, and distribution accessories
  • Complete system installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover

Project Summary

POWERtrac successfully executed a large-scale integrated power infrastructure project for Quality Feeds Ltd., covering Q Center, Q Hotel, and Q Residences. The project featured four 2000 kVA substations combined with a high-capacity BBT and BUSDUCT Wavepro-A system, enabling reliable and efficient power distribution across commercial, hotel, and residential facilities. Designed to handle high electrical loads with minimal losses, the system ensures operational reliability, energy efficiency, and scalability for future expansion. This project stands as a benchmark solution for mixed-use developments requiring robust, safe, and well-engineered electrical infrastructure.
