When Quality Feeds Ltd. set out to power their ambitious mixed-use development — spanning a commercial center, a hotel, and residential apartments — they needed more than electricity. The Scale of the Challenge
Q Center, Q Hotel, and Q Residences operate under one roof but carry distinctly different electrical demands. Commercial spaces require stable high-capacity loads. Hotels demand 24/7 uninterrupted supply with zero tolerance for fluctuation. Residential blocks need clean, safe distribution down to every unit. Powering all three from a single, coherent infrastructure — without compromise — is precisely the kind of challenge POWERtrac is built for.
What POWERtrac Delivered
2 × 2000 kVA Substation Systems: Four high-capacity power transformers were installed and integrated to form a robust multi-transformer power backbone, capable of meeting the peak combined electrical demand of commercial, hospitality, and residential operations simultaneously.
BBT (Bus Bar Trunking) System: A structured Bus Bar Trunking system replaced traditional cabling for primary power distribution — delivering higher current capacity, lower energy losses, easier maintenance, and a significantly cleaner installation footprint across all three facilities.
BUSDUCT Wavepro-A System: The high-performance Wavepro-A busduct system was deployed for high-current transmission corridors, ensuring efficient and reliable power flow through the most critical distribution pathways in the complex.
Integrated Load Distribution Planning: Electrical load distribution was meticulously planned across all three blocks — Q Center, Q Hotel, and Q Residences — ensuring balanced loading, adequate capacity for each zone, and headroom for future growth.
End-to-End Execution: From design and supply through to installation, protection system integration, testing, commissioning, and final handover — POWERtrac delivered the complete project under a single, accountable scope.
